01Software engineering career growth

Take the next step in your tech career.

Explore career opportunities and personalized support designed around your experience, skills, and professional goals.

What we can help with

  • Career guidance and job-search strategy
  • Resume and LinkedIn profile reviews
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Software engineering opportunities that fit your goals
  • Technical collaboration and mentorship
  • Long-term career development

A good fit if

You’re a software engineer with real-world experience (around three years or more tends to work best) in backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, data/ML, or a related field. No single tech stack required.

Good to know: This is career support, not a job listing or a placement guarantee. You apply, interview, and do the work yourself. We help you prepare and stay sharp.

02AI & technology opportunities

Explore what’s next in AI & technology.

Discover new ways to connect your professional background with opportunities in AI and emerging technology.

What the work can look like

  • Evaluating and comparing AI-generated answers against written guidelines
  • Checking responses for accuracy, clarity, and instruction-following
  • Labeling examples and writing short justifications
  • Reviewing code and programming answers on technical tracks

A good fit if

You write clearly in English, read instructions carefully, and enjoy careful, detail-oriented thinking. Technical and non-technical backgrounds are both welcome. Some technical tracks look for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.

Good to know: These projects run on third-party platforms that set their own eligibility, verification, pay, and task availability. You qualify and complete tasks yourself, on your own account. We help you understand the options.

Work that fits your life

Grow your career without rearranging your life.

Every conversation happens online, so you can join from home, at a time that suits you.

Good to know: AI platforms set their own hours, pay and task availability, and these can change. We’ll never promise a schedule or an income.

    Alongside the job you have

Career support works around your current role, and many AI evaluation projects are flexible and project-based.

Why connect with us

More than opportunities. Meaningful connections.

We’d rather understand where you’re headed than hand you a list. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

  1. People first

We begin by understanding your goals, not by pitching you.

  2. Technology focused

Conversations grounded in modern software, AI, and how the industry really works.

  3. Personalized approach

We explore possibilities that match your experience, not a one-size-fits-all list.

  4. Collaborative mindset

Relationships built on clear, honest communication from the very first message.

  5. Growth oriented

We care about where you’ll be in a few years, not just next week.

  6. Simple & welcoming

Starting a conversation should feel easy. So we made it easy.

How it works

Three easy steps. Zero pressure.

No long application, and nothing to commit to before you know exactly what’s involved.

The full process, step by step
  1. Step 1: Say hello

Introduce yourself and share a little about your experience and goals.

A short form, about a minute.

  2. Step 2: Explore the possibilities

We’ll discuss your background, interests, and opportunities that may be a good fit.

A real conversation, at your pace.

  3. Step 3: Find your next step

If there’s a mutual fit, we’ll explore how to move forward together.

Clear terms in writing before you decide.

Our ground rules

Clear from the very first hello.

Good partnerships start with honesty. Here’s what you can count on before any conversation goes further.

Questions about terms? Just ask.
  • You do your own work

Interviews, assessments, the job itself, and any AI training tasks are yours. We help you prepare. We never stand in for you.

  • Your accounts stay yours

We never ask for passwords, log in on your behalf, or share accounts. Identity checks are yours alone to complete.

  • Terms in writing, first

Any fee or income-share is written down and shared with you before you commit to anything.

  • No promises we can’t keep

We don’t guarantee jobs, salaries, project access, or income. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.

  • Honest profiles only

We help you present your real experience clearly. We never invent credentials or experience.

  • Rules respected

We work within the rules employers and platforms set, including who can take part and where.

About us

Good connections make great things possible.

We’re technology professionals who believe careers grow through relationships. We’d rather understand where you are and where you want to go than push you toward something that isn’t right for you.

FAQ

Good questions. Straight answers.

Still curious about something? Ask us directly. There are no silly questions here.

Start a Conversation

Anyone curious about the kinds of work we focus on: software engineers thinking about their next role, and people from technical or non-technical backgrounds who are interested in AI training and evaluation work. Not sure where you fit? Say hello anyway, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Saying hello is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Each opportunity has its own requirements: employers decide who they hire, and AI platforms set their own eligibility checks, identity verification, qualification tests, and pay. If we offer you a paid service, or any arrangement where we share in what you earn, you’ll get the full scope, cost, and responsibilities in writing before you agree to anything.

No. You attend your own interviews, take your own assessments, and do your own work, whether that’s a job or AI training tasks. We help you prepare beforehand with mock interviews, feedback, and mentoring. We never help during a live interview or test.
